Nature's Miracle is the best we've found. Resolve works pretty well too especially if you have stain that's dried.

buy a bottle of the "rug DR" stuff for pet stains, it is like $10-15 but is is worth it all. just put down and brush away.

Natures Miracle, "oxy" products, I have the same prob. 'cuz of a visitng dog who also brought fleas.. I can't wait to see more answers.
